
When was the last time you spoke to or received a visit from your cleaning company? I'm not talking about your cleaning crew but your cleaning company representative. Was it to register a complaint about a cleaning problem? To change the scope of work? Never? If you are not receiving regular periodic contact from your cleaning company, you should find out why.
